Rotini with Broccoli
Loved it!!! I also added a can of drained chopped tomatoes -YUM! One of my favorite meatless dishes.. very filling.

Simple Tuna Spread
Wonderful! This was a hit at our housewarming party... There wasn't a drop left. We will definitely be making this one again and again!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
Interesting blend of flavors, we both loved it! Definitely double the sauce.
