I have made this potato salad several times now and I never have any leftovers! Its my familys new favorite salad, people go crazy for it at every church function, family reunion, barbecue or just plain supper I make it for! Definatly worth the time to make! I did replace onions with scallions and added carrots, and out of necessity I used regular whole milk, but It is easily the best potato salad I have ever tasted! My only tips to anyone making it is not to worry if the dressing smells a little odd when cooking it and to make sure everything has several hours to sit in the fridge before serving.
