Hearty Lentil Soup
great soup, better the next day. even the little ones (2&3) loved it!

Slow-Cooker Pork and Apple Curry
4 stars....unless you add a (1/2) can of coconut milk....then it's definitely 5 stars....oh, and we didn't put shredded coconut on top thanks for the recipe, it's one of our new faves! :)

Chayote and Sausage Stew
(MY FIRST CHAYOTE RECIPE ATTEMPT )Very good! I used sausage links, cooked, then sliced. Had no beans or corn, but I did use lentils. Very good, I served with rice. Will make again next time chayotes are on sale :)
