Blackened Tilapia with Secret Hobo Spices
I have never been a good cook, not to mention fish! My family LOVED this. It is on our weekly menu. I didn't have white pepper or paprika when I made the seasoning. So I used black pepper and seasoned salt instead of paprika/salt. Super easy and delicious!

Broccoli Corn Casserole
This recipe is absolutely wonderful. I made it on the fly for a Girls Nite In potluck and it got rave reviews. So much in fact that every party since I made it, its been requested. I've recommended it to other people and their dinner guest have raved about it. Excellent recipe Lucille!
