WOAH! This was my first cobbler... and YUM! It turned out great... and took the suggestions from here and did add the cin. and nutmeg. YUM!

Key Lime Pie VII

Woah! This tastes so yummy... and I do not even care much for Key Lime Pie... however my son wanted to work with limes today and talked me into it! The hardest part was squeezing the juice from the limes.. but my son thought that was the fun part! I will keep this one and use it again! Thanks so much for such an easy recipe!

Wow! Tastes like chicken! My family had a fun time eating it! My husband made sure that we "watched out for bb's" to make it interesting. My son even wanted me to pack some in his lunch for school the next day.... what fun boys are :)

Ricotta Cheese Cake

Umm.... what happened to the cake part? It was too much ricotta cheese and not enough cake batter. Maybe if the cake batter was doubled it would have more potential, but I strongly doubt I would make this again. Highly dissapointing after reading the rave reviews. My 8 year old took one bite and said it needed sugar!

Creamy Rice Pudding

I learned that you can NOT use skim milk and expect it to be creamy, however.... it had a nice flavor to it that made up for it. Not a total loss for my first rice pudding :)
