I actually got this recipe from my sister-in-law. It's absolutely the best flan recipe out there. It's rich and creamy. The only thing I would suggest is to use only half the cream cheese and you will get a lighter, not so "cheesecakey" flan. That's how I make mine and it's still comes out nice and creamy. Try it, you'll love it!

Absolutely the best pie crust I have ever made! I consider myself a good baker, but I could never make a good pie crust until I found this recipe. Now I can consider myself a great baker! Thank You for this recipe.

Very easy to make. A little too sweet for me. I had half a pie left over and I topped it with plain sour cream, it offset the sweetness perfectly. Good recipe. Thank you
