Creamy Caramel Flan
I actually got this recipe from my sister-in-law. It's absolutely the best flan recipe out there. It's rich and creamy. The only thing I would suggest is to use only half the cream cheese and you will get a lighter, not so "cheesecakey" flan. That's how I make mine and it's still comes out nice and creamy. Try it, you'll love it!
