This recipe has to be the BEST carrot cake ever!!! i am so happy i found the perfect carrot cake! it makes a large cake but it is sooooo moist, and delicious, i will forever make this one over and over. THANK you for the recipe!!!!!

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

this recipe is NO different than any other. my favorite cookie is choc. chip so i was excited to try this since they all say these are the best but they are just regular, still good but regular. i used 1 cup of butter instead of shortning. they came out flat. i've made better ones in the past.. sorry.....

Cashew Chicken Casserole

this is a very nice dish. i did a couple things of my own... i cooked some boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of the whole chicken then added it in w/ the rest. also added some broccoli. the only thing is , is it is bland. it really needs some kind of spice...

Burrito Pie

this recipe is just the best! very easy and very good! it probably would be too hot if i used the can of green chili peppers so i didn't. instead i just used the can of tomatoes w/ the green chile peppers in that and i used salsa. i did only make 1/2 the recipe and it made a full 9 x 13 pan size. excellent and i will make it again thanks!

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

Great recipe!!! my family loved it including my in-laws! easy to make, hearty and just very good. i will make it again. i just took out a few potatoes, maybe use just 4 lbs......but great recipe.thanks!
