Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
I used red "cooking" wine instead of regular red wine, and I increased the cook time to 5 hours (because I wanted to make sure it was done...but 4 hours would have been plenty). The pork was so tender and tasted delicious.
I made side dishes of rosemary potatoes and steamed asparagus for a wonderful Easter meal.
Thanks so much for this recipe! It's going in my permanent file.
