Swedish Meatballs I
I love the sauce for this recipe. I made a few changes: frozen "Swedish style" meatballs, cooked in the oven. Sauteed onions, garlic and mushrooms before mixing in soups and evaporated milk. Add cooked meatballs to sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over egg noodles. Simple, quick and delicious! I double the recipe, so we get dinner and lunch for a few days.
