Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread

Reviewed: May 26, 2009
Delicious. I made muffins, and added raisins and chopped pecans, and applesauce instead of oil. I also added 1/4 cup more whole wheat flour because the mixture seemed extremely moist... and it was perfection. I sprinkled the tops with some oats, cinnamon and a little bit of turbinado cane sugar, and the muffins were gone within an hour. Not too sweet, moist and very flavorful. I will definitely be making this again.

Honey Baked Chicken I

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2009
This was bad. All I could taste was egg yolk, and it was disgusting. I drenched it with honey mustard before serving, and still the overpowering taste of egg came through. Yuck. What a waste of chicken.

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2008
LOVE these. I use one stick butter and only one cup of powdered sugar. I use one and a half cups Smuckers natural peanut butter and they are delicious. I also add a 1 tsp of butter to the chocolate mixture instead of more PB- it turns out fantastic, all chocolaty and prefect. I have made this a million times and get rave reviews every time.

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2008
Hot ! These cookies were deeeelicious! I substituted brown sugar for white, and used milk chocolate and dark chocolate chips, and boy oh boy were they good. So soft and fluffy and just absolutely delicious. I made a second batch, added walnuts and coconut and made them biscuit sized, and they were amazing. I will definitely be making these in the future!

Giant Ding Dong Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2008
This was really very good... and it tasted even better 2 days after I made it. The filling could be improved, I could taste the shortening, but that lessened the longer it sat in the fridge. Next time I'll try it with fresh whipped cream as the filling. Make this cake, you won't be sorry!
