Creamed Spinach II

I also sauteed some shallot and garlic before adding the spinach and soup! At the end I added a dash of heavy cream and topped off with parmesan cheese than finish it off in the oven! EXCELLENT!!!!!

Kitty Litter Cake

I had a Fear Factor Bday party for my son and this cake was a hit! Some of the kid doesn't like cake, but they make them self eat it in front of their friends anyway!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I was kinda lazy so I didn't rolled it out and I didn't use a cookie cutter. I just grab a tbsp of the dough and roll it on my palms into a ball and press it. Turn out good for a lazy day!

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

I didn't grill it, but I did lightly pan fried it on both side and put it in the oven with the remaining marination. I baked it to med-rare to Med (the salmon that I had was very fresh), it was excellent!
