Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes
I only had raspberries in my freeze so I use those and turned out prefect!

Creamed Spinach II
I also sauteed some shallot and garlic before adding the spinach and soup! At the end I added a dash of heavy cream and topped off with parmesan cheese than finish it off in the oven! EXCELLENT!!!!!

Kitty Litter Cake
I had a Fear Factor Bday party for my son and this cake was a hit! Some of the kid doesn't like cake, but they make them self eat it in front of their friends anyway!
