About this Cook
I'm always trying to find healthy recipes that taste great to me but my kids will also eat...much harder said than done.
My favorite things to cook
Thai food or any stir fry. I love fresh, healthy, and spicy...in that order.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cut out fat and calories...I'm a dietitian and an athlete.
My cooking triumphs
Finding a great Thai cookbook that has foolproof recipes!!
My cooking tragedies
I'm a terrible baker. Every cookie I make is flat and sticky. I have decided to blame it on my stove because it makes me feel better.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Very Good. I do not own a Bundt pan so I used a 10" Springform pan instead. It needed to cook a little longer (5-10 minutes). I just had to keep checking it every 2-3 minutes until the center was set. I took the advice of another cook and added peanut butter chips. It was great!! This cake does not require any glaze or icing. It is very rich and moist on its own. I would definitely make this again.
