Spanish Rice II
This is by far the best spanish rice I have made. I stuck to the recipe with one exception. I added Goya brand Adobo seasoning salt in place of the salt. I'm not a huge fan of spanish rice in mexican restaurants but this spanish rice is exceptional.

Best Guacamole
This was very easy and very delicious. Just for my preference I added about 3 tablespoons of sour cream and a little bit of cayenne pepper. I like my guacamole spicy!

Fudge
I have been using this recipe for years. I'm not a dark chocolate lover so I use milk chocolate instead. I also use either cinnamon, mint, butterscotch, or peanutbutter chips to change the flavor. I do half milk chocolate and half flavored. It's by far the easiest and creamiest recipe I have ever used!
