Aside from playing guitar, I love to cook. I have been very successful in any recipes that I have attempted. Unfortunately I am a single bachelor and most recipes are for more than one. Therefore, I do not get the opportunity to cook as much as I would like to as I hate to waste good food. I love to cook Italian, Latin, Caribbean and Asian food. Slow-cooking meats, grilling and rotisserie. Pancit or Adobo native dishes of the Phillipines. Most everything I attempt. Once, when making a tried and true Alfredo Sauce, I mistakenly added the eggs while the butter, parmesean and cream was too hot. The eggs clumped up immediately.
