This recipe is absolutely FANTASTIC! We'd been craving a good guacamole for a few weeks now, saw the reviews and decided we'd try it out. We followed the recipe to a T and couldn't be more pleased. We'll make it again and again!

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

Super good soup. I was looking for a recipe that would taste like the soup I had in a restaurant, and this was it. I did take others suggestions and use only 4 egg yolks and cut back on the soup starter a bit. Delicious!!!

Peanut Butter Carrot Cookies

These were SO tasty. We added raisins like some of the other reviews suggested but kept everything else the same. My husband had to stop me from eating all the cookie dough--two days in a row!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Super Duper! Followed the recipe exactly with a medium grain rice. I would suggest however, only about 1/3 as many raisens.

Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting

Not so tasty... vanilla and almond overpowered the frosting. Hope were high, success was low.

Tzatziki VII

AMAZING!!! This was soo tasty. Better than store bought. We didn't have cheese cloth so we just drained it as best we could with paper towels. Next, we put the cucumber in a blender and pureed it. We also used vegetable for a lack of olive oil and to make it more budget friendly. We only give this a 4 because we think blending the cucumber made such a difference!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Absolutely fabulous! We followed the recipe exactly, except we used fat-free half-&-half (we think it tastes better) instead of cream. Turned out beautifully and we will make this again soon.

Feta and Bacon Pasta Sauce

This recipe was delicious! Our first time cooking with leeks--and a success! We changed the cream sauce (1/2 the cheese) and we used turkey bacon instead of real. The sauce was great but we aren't so sure about the T-bacon. We might leave it out entirely next time, as the leeks were soo good. YUMMY definitely a keeper.
