Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

These muffins are greta/ I use oiat bran and add all kinds of fruit. Favorite is blueberry and nuts. I have tried them w/applesauce but also olive oil. My favorite it to use walnut oil. Gives it a nutty flavor. Excellent!

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

I rarely write reviews but this one was worth it. I served it for Christmas Day dinner and everyone raved on it. They were initially disappointed it wasn't ham but after tasting it...no more ham on Christmas Day. I also cut back on the sugar but kept everything else the same. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This was great and easy. Made changes as everyone else said. 1/2 pkg of italian dressing mix, 1/2 pkg of cr cheese. I also added fresh mushrooms and white wine. Family loved it!!

Butternut Squash Soup

Irresistible Pecan Pie

Pie was very good. Served it for Thanksgiving but cheated and used a refrigerated crust. Will make this crust next time. pie went quick!!

Pepperoncini Beef

Family liked the beef. I'm not a big beef eater but everyone liked it. I also added can of beef broth and served on haogie rolls with porvolone chees. Will make again!!
