Alaskan Halibut Lasagna
I have made this for my family and several potlucks, it is outstanding. My picky eaters say they hate swiss cheese, but when I make this dish you'd never know it.

Savory Halibut Enchiladas
I have made these several times, and they are always a hit. I don't change a thing, they are perfect the way they are

Halibut Florentine
Outstanding! I made this tonight and it was wonderful. It was a great way to get the kids to eat spinach. Make sure to drain the spinach well before you line the pan, otherwise it will water everything down.
