Butterscotch Bread Pudding
All I can say is WOW, if I could give this 6 stars I would. As some other raters suggested, I substituted the milk for 2 cups whipping cream and 2 cups half and half. I also used cheap white bread, the kind that gets really soggy when you add it to the milk. If you are looking for a totally out of this world, rich, decadent desert- look no further.
