Lasagna Roll Ups
I added Italian sausage instead of tofu per my husband's request and he raved. A novel take on a traditional dish. The crispy noodles make it yummy! It takes some time to roll all the noodles but not more than 30 mins.

Sangria! Sangria!
it's become a tradition with our friends. I can't have them over without making it or they think something is wrong. Very good! I just use boxed wine and it's very good.

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies
nice change from a plain brownie. My husband loves chocolate, I love cheesecake. Great compromise
