Cauliflower Lettuce Salad
Wow! Fantastic! I made this as a side dish for a cook out for my very picky teenager daughter & her friends. It was a huge hit -- They finished every delicious bite. Totally gone. I added only frozen peas to the basic recipe. Delicious.

Chicken Florentine Casserole
So good. As other's have suggested, I didn't brown the chicken before hand--other than that I followed the recipe exactly. Who'd have thought this was the way to get the kids to enjoy spinach? Great Recipe. Thanks for sharing

Cream of Mushroom and Soy Sauce Pork Chops
Don't let the canned soup scare you. This is doesn't carry the usual canned soup recipe disappointment. It couldn't be easier and the flavors are just fantastic. Next time I'm going to try throwing some veggie's--mushrooms & maybe onions--into the mix. This is a recipe really worth trying. Thanks for sharing.
