Spinach and Sweet Corn Mashed Potatoes
Loved this variation on mashed potatoes. I did use skim milk instead of heavy cream to cut back on the fat along with fresh corn on the cob.....yummy! Thanks for sharing.

Meatball Nirvana

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
Not bad as written, but the chicken was a little bland for my liking. I loved the filling so next time I'll season the chicken breast before stuffing. Thanks for sharing.
