I live in Bremerton, WA with my husband of 13 1/2 years. I have 2 daughters Tami (30) and Christina (26). Christina has a daughter Alyviah, who is 6 and the light of my life. She has lived with me and my husband (happily married - most of the time, hehehehehehe) for about 6 years now. I love to cook Italian food (mostly spaghetti and lasagna) and Mexican foods (all kinds of burritos). I have one casserole that I make that everyone who tries it (including all of my daughters friends when they were teenagers and even now) love it so much. It is always a hit. I don't have a name for it, but it consists of ham chunks, cream corn, elbow macaroni, red and green peppers, green onions, lots of cheese. It is baked with crushed potato chips on top. I am not really much on baking, but I try and can bake a few easy things!
