Easy Vegetable Pot Pie
This was absolutely delicious. I used Campbell's Select potato soup and lots of fresh veggies. I always have to make two pies because everyone wants leftovers.

Cheesy Polenta Casserole
This was a delicious and different casserole. I will definitely double the recipe next time, it disappeared too quickly.
