Dinner in a Dish
I would give this recipe five stars, but I did tweak it a bit, so I thought I'd make note of that. Since I didn't have any bouillon in the house, I ended up using - of all things - beef-flavored ramen packets. Feel free to be horrified, but they actually worked out well! I also added some port wine I had lying around and have been trying to get rid of. I didn't end up using the flour, not feeling much of a need to have my concoction be thick. It was pretty tasty, though. I advise adding more marjoram than the recipe suggests; I essentially halved all of the ingredients except for the marjoram. Overall, the dish was delicious. The prep time, though, is deceptive, because it doesn't include making the mashed potatoes.

Anniversary Chicken II
I made a few changes - I used smaller pieces of chicken so the cooking process didn't take so long, and I used teriyaki sauce for the base. I also used a bacon-flavored ranch dressing (yum!) Like some of the other reviewers, I wasn't sold on the first bite. It's the next morning, though, and I'm still thinking about the taste. I'm even eyeing the supplies I still have and honestly thinking about making it again tonight!

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce
Great, and simple! Now if I could just find someone to eat it with me - none of my friends eat peppers.
