Meatball Sandwich
Great meatballs! I added a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce for flavor, but other than that followed the recipe exactly. Really good sandwiches.

Baked Chicken Broccoli and Rice
Easy and inexpensive to be sure, but not much flavor at all. I don't think I'll use it again.

Hash Brown Ham Quiche
Great! I added 1 cup of fresh spinach instead of green peppers and used oil in place of butter, but I kept everything else the same. It was delicious!
