al fresco Roasted Pepper and Asiago Chicken Sausage Frittata
Loved it, easy, had everything on hand, we enjoyed for dinner, so the serving size of 6 was really hopeful, maybe for small servings like at a buffet...

Veal Marsala
Love the simplicity of this recipe. Since veal is so expensive, I usually make it a chicken marsala...and use any red wine that I have, not necessarily marsala. Always comes out great. I make this regularly and it is one of hubby's favorite

Gingerbread Men
Loved how easy these were to make and how delicious they were. Great roll out recipe. I made them to make in my daughter's preschool. Made 4 batches the night before and refrigerated. Came out fantastic. They do grow quite a bit unlike real gingerbread, but I am not a huge fan of molasses, these were fantastic. Got many many comments from the other parents about how good they were.
