This has been a family favorite since I was a child. We call it "Nana's creamed corn." As an adult, everyone I've prepared it for has raved! It's always a hit in Texas!

The use of cream cheese with butter and milk has been a tried and true recipe in my family for years and everyone has always raved about the creaminess and flavor of the Alfredo Sauce... Easier than the "standard" Alfredo recipe and the cream cheese makes it creamier than standard recipes. This is definitely a "winner" recipe in family's book!
