Egg Salad Sandwiches
Added chopped fresh onion; really like using the dry mustard and dill - very good flavor. Will keep as our regular egg salad recipe from now on. Thanks.

Asparagus Casserole I
Took to a potluck and it all disappeared. I used 2 pkgs. very thin frozen asparagus (thawed) cut into 3" pieces, 2 cans mushroom soup and added a couple of layers of sliced hardboiled eggs. Bake just 'til heated through. Think I overcooked a bit.

Crispy Fried Chicken
I hadn't made true fried chicken in years, but this was excellent; followed recipe exactly, letting chicken sit after flouring. Hubby and adult grandson LOVED it. Thanks so much.
