Guacamole
I picked this recipe because it sounded good and also sounded easy enough to make with my 11-year old son. He loves guac, and I starting to teach him how to cook. We made the guac according to the recipe. It tasted fine, but our family tends to like more pungent flavors and we added a few more shakes of cumin and more jalapenos. I'm sure you will enjoy it either way.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
Made according to recipe. Fabulous, easy and delicious. Every last cookie eaten in less than 24 hours by my family. Will make over and over during the fall.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
I forgot to rate this recipe when I first tried it years ago. It is excellent. If we are having ice cream with it, I top it with the "satiny glaze" recipe. I have used this recipe for a fund raiser charging $25 each and sold $425 worth of cakes. That should tell you something about how good it is. As it gets closer to the holidays, people are asking me about ordering it. Enjoy.
