This is a family friendly recipe with great flavor! I used a quart of beef broth and added a can of condensed french onion soup instead of the diced onion. I added italian seasoning and cilantro to the meatballs and omitted the milk. I sauteed the meatballs in a frying pan before adding them to the broth. Thanks for the recipe!
