I am 23 years old. I am a stay at home mother to a wonderful 16 month old! I have recently started trying to cook things since I started staying home with my daughter. I am still learning a lot, but I hope to be able to cook things better and easier in the future! Italian, I love pasta! I also enjoy cooking chicken, which is new to me, because before we would just by precooked chicken and heat it up! I also enjoy cooking southern food and hope to learn how to cook it well enough! Well, my mother knew how to cook few things from scratch, well, at least that she would cook! So, I know how to make my mom's meatloaf, chilimac, and sloppy joes! There are a few recipes that my family makes at every get together that I plan to learn! I made a Chicken Nacho Bake once, and my husband told me it was the best thing he had ever eaten!!! That was a great one! Oh, there have been a few! I do try right not to attempt anything too bold though, because I do know my limits!!! :)
