I have a wonderful 4 year old son and I work at Macys in store line divisional. I love to cook and my son loves to help with what ever he can. During the week I usaully make easy meals that don't take too much time. Mondays are always crockpot night since my son has Hockey and we don't get home until right at dinner time. On the weekends I try new and fun recipes since I have more time.
My favorite things to cook
Anything Chicken, Mexican and Italian or my favorites but I love to try new differnet things.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Always having or making a special dinner the night before the first day of school and a special breakfast the first morning of school.
Every year for work I make 150 small bunt cakes of my specialty cake, over the last 2 years my son has started to help which makes it more fun. All my stores are asking as soon as thanksgiving is over when is your baking week?
My cooking triumphs
I make a great Chicken Divan that all my friends go Crazy for. I make a amazing sherry cake durning the holidays that everyone is always waiting for (My 150 small bunt cakes).
My cooking tragedies
I'm not very good at making red meat since I don't eat it, I have gotten much better at my BBQ steaks for my Husband and Son.
