Cowboy Casserole

My husband loves this recipe. I leave out the kidney beans and I put the cheese on top of mixture then add bisquits. Taste great.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Loved this recipe. I made a few changes that the other reviewers recommended at it was great. I used a 9x13 dish and baked an extra 10 minutes. Also used yellow cake mix and 4 tablespoons of butter. Couldn't find pumpkin pie spice so I used cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Added cheesecake instant pudding to pumpkin mixture. Yum Yum

Chicken Cacciatore Skillet

Everything tasted so great until I added the spaghetti sauce. After I did that it just tasted like normal spaghetti. Next time I make this I will omit the spaghetti sauce, it will be perfect then.

Hearty Meatball Sandwich

I made mine into meatballs and stuck in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes. They turned out so good that I didn't even make a sandwich. I ended up eating them all.

Orange Cream Cookie Mix

Mine turned out really bitter. I did what most reviewers did and added another egg and cut back on the orange. I could not find Tang at my grocery store. Maybe If I use that it wouldn't taste so bad. Will try again if I can ever find tang.

Italian Chicken Bow Tie Pasta

Didn't think it was all that great. Recommend adding parmesan cheese too. Might try again but will use different dressing and cut back on the amount of bow tie pasta.

Tacos in Pasta Shells

My husband liked it. I thought it was Ok, but not something I would like to make very often. I think next time I make it I will add the cheese and torilla chips inside shells with meat mixture.

Pita Pizza

Great idea for a quick meal. I made a barbeque chicken pizza. Spread BBQ over pita then top with cut up chicken, bacon bits on onion. Then top with mozzarela cheese.

Parmesan Potato Soup

Had a good taste to it. I used 4 cups of milk and it was still to runny for my taste. I also used 6 potatoes instead of 4. Probably will not make again.
