Coconut Custard Pie III
This came out really good. I was a bit nervous because when you combine all the ingrediants, it was very soupy. I had to be very careful when pouring the mixture into the crust because on false move and it would have spilled. The result? Delicious.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Lemon Lover's Pound Cake
I followed this recipie to a tee and it came out all wrong. It was not lemony at all and there was so much batter that when I cooked this for 55-60 minutes on 350 degrees the inside was raw. When I cooked it longer, the outside was burned and the inside was ok. I just bought a brand new oven and bundt pan so I don't know what went wrong. I was so excited to make this.
