This was delicious! But I did add more powdered sugar, you can adjust to how sweet you want it. You can get really creative with this recipe and add whatever fruit you want. I've already made it twice, the first time, exactly how recipe is except more powdered sugar, the second time with just strawberries and bananas and of course the marshmallows.Definately A keeper!!

OH MY GOD! This is the first coconut cream pie I have ever made and I can't say enough about it! I totally agree with Emily, use coconut milk and heavy cream instead of the half & half, cornstarch instead of flour, and home made whipped cream. I actually stretched this to 2 pies. I only toasted the coconut going on top. My husband is absolutely in love with this recipe, and is ready for me to make more. It's not difficult to make either!

It was good, but it really didn't taste like beef stroganoff to me. I added fresh sliced mushrooms at the end with the sour cream. I also agree about the water, I cut it in half & it still could have been a little thicker consistancy.
