After reading the reviews for this recipe, I had really high expectations for the flavor. It didn't taste as great as I thought it would. It was still really good though, just not as good as I'd expected. I halved the recipe, and I also added 1/2 a packet of onion soup mix like some of the other reviewers did. It gave it a good flavor, but next time I think I'll skip it. I also used shredded cheddar cheese. I will try cubed cheese next time. Mine was done in about 52 minutes. I did not put the ketchup on before I started cooking it because some reviewers said it burned and almost caught their kitchen on fire. I took the meatloaf out of the oven after about 40 minutes of cooking, put the ketchup on, and cooked for about another 10 minutes. I also cooked this in an 8 x 8 square glass baking dish so that it would cook more evenly. The recipe was pretty good overall, my husband liked it. I would make it again with the few minor changes I mentioned. **EDIT** Ok, I have to change what I said before, because I have perfected this recipe. I've made this 3 or 4 times now. I bought a glass loaf pan and it seems to work pretty good. I only use 1 lb of ground turkey since it's only my husband and I. I use cubed cheese - that makes all the difference. Shredded cheese in this recipe is just not right. This is now my favorite thing to make and eat. My husband LOVES it! I make it with homemade mashed potatoes. It's awesome. And it's even more awesome the second day!
