Spice Bars
What a nightmare that turned out semi-okay in the end. If I had used all the raisin juice/water, the batter would have been way too thin. When warm, the cake was very bland, but after spreading the glaze over the entire surface and allowing it to cool, it was okay. Good thing I made a backup batch of another type of bar for my family gathering.

Greek Chicken Pasta
My family LOVED this recipe. It had a lot of flavor. My husband even loved it enough to eat the feta cheese, which he has sworn he would never eat. We will make this one part of our routine.

Delicious Ahi Fish Burgers with Chives
Really good, fresh way to get more seafood in my diet. I don't care for fish too much, but this was great! My family loved it--my 8-year old daughter had two patties. We served it over rice, but we want to try it on a bun next time. Will definitely make again.
