Baked Potato Soup
I like to think that I am a potato soup expert and this is the best recipe I've seen yet....easy, quick with a perfect consistency. I grew up on potato soup and I thought nobody could beat my Mom's but this one is unbeatable! Thanks for a great recipe. Truly restaurant quality.

Snow Peas with Water Chestnuts
I had snow peas on hand that I didn't know what to do with - Now I do! This is an excellent recipe and so quick! My husband loved it! Water chestnuts just makes this dish and the sauce was fabulous. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!
