Baked Stuffed Pumpkin
I would not make this again as is. My pumpkins never cooked even though I left them in for 2 hours. (I used two medium pie pumpkins and there was fruit left over.) The fruit "stuffing" was WONDERFUL though. I will definitely make that again and use it somehow. We did scoop it out and put it warm on vanilla ice cream. Yum. Some other alternatives are a pie, crisp or cobbler. Maybe a topping over spice cake or carrot cake. It would make a beautiful trifle dish recipe warm over ladyfingers, sponge cake or angel cake cubes. The pumpkin certainly makes serving cute.

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II
My husband said this was a great frosting. It was very simple to do - even though I don't like to separate eggs since I don't know what to do with what's left. Quiche time, I guess. I don't like nuts or coconut, but it was quite tasty even to me!

Round Steak and Gravy II
I was wondering how you can cook a piece of round steak. I used the crock pot suggestion and it worked out great. I have done this before with a chuck roast with the same great results. I did not use the french onion soup since I didn't have any, but will put it on my shopping list. I think that it will have a nicer, more subtle onion flavor than the dry soup mix I used. Because I used the dry soup mix, I did add 3/4 can water. I always dredge my meat in flour and brown it before putting it in the crock pot. Otherwise, I find it kind of boils the meat and it can be more rubbery than tender-juicy-fall-apart meat. I would suggest adding some garlic for those who like it, too!!
