Pineapple Casserole II
This is one of my favorite recipes! It goes great with Ham, Chicken and BBQ. I fixed this for a Women's meeting and everyone loved it. I make my cracker topping a bit different by adding melted butter to the crumbs.

Chicken Eugene
Yummy! I doubled the sour cream and mushroom soup. When it was almost done, I covered with provolone cheese. I had to cook this longer than three hours... may be my oven. Regardless, this has a wonderful flavor! I can't wait to serve this to a group!
