Smoked Paprika Vinaigrette
This dressing is FANTASTIC!! Costco now carries smoked paprika, and I was really wanting a great recipe to use it in. Delicious!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Fantastic recipe! I use a special meatloaf pan that elevates it off the bottom so that the meat doesn't sit in the grease. I also glazed the top with ketchup and added a few slices of bacon. Yummmmy!

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes and Asparagus
Very good! I roasted my garlic first, then tossied it with the veggies.
