Easy Chicken Enchiladas
My husband and I love this!!! It is a little rich, but it lasts a couple of days and we never get tired of eating it. I used chopped turkey last night instead of chicken. It was awesome!

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
This recipie was way too sweet for my family. The 1 tablespoon of brown sugar is all we tasted. I also agree with an earlier review. This recipie made me very gassy! Will not make again.

Sour Cream Cheese Casserole
I love the name of this recipe. However, when it comes to taste, it needs a little more of a kick to it. Next time I am going to add a small can of green chiles to see if it gives it the kick it needs.
