Too Much Chocolate Cake
My daughter tried this recipe for our annual "hoedown" and baking contest. She is 8yrs old and she was awarded a 2nd place ribbon for this wonderful cake. It was a great, easy to follow recipe for her and tastes amazing!

Easy Beer Bread Mix
I enjoy a good beer bread and I liked this one very much. Though I wouldn't rate it a s the best I've ever had, it was very yummy. I like that the top has some crunch to it. Wonderful texture, not too heavy.

Slow Cooker Carnitas
This recipe was so easy and so delicious! My husband likes the outside of meat to have a bit of cripsness so I lightly seared the shredded pork in a pan and he loved it! The flavor was fantastic. Will surely be using this recipe again!!
