I am a busy mom of 5 and a pastor's wife. I have attended culinary school and enjoy cooking. Right now in my life everything I cook has to be pretty fast. I like it to be attactive and have bold flavors. I cook for alot of people most of the time. We are always entertaining. I love to cook mexican food and would love to learn more about Rick Bayless' beaustiful recipes when I have more time. Our family also enjoys BBQ flavors. One of our favs is a choritso stuffed pork loin. Instead of ham and the fixings for Easter we have Alfredo and it is amazing a frees up mom's time. Another tradition we have is everyone makes a different soup for Christmas dinner because we are all sick of the fixings by the time Christmas gets there. We share all the soups with yummy bread all day. It is very relaxing and social.
