About this Cook
Well , I'm 19. My family and and I moved America at the age of 8. I'm really into music ,especially choir. Singing is my passion and I plan on being a choir teacher when I'm out of the Marine Corps
My favorite things to cook
Traditional Bavarian meals that I grew up helping my grandmother make. Cooking them really brings me home and keeps her alive in my heart. I find cooking and baking very relaxing . It gives a great sense of accomplishment when I see the faces of my friends and family light light up to the taste of a meal I prepared for them. I just can't wait to be a dad so I can give that kind of joy to my own family. most important of all though, chicks dig guys that can cook
My favorite family cooking traditions
Bavarian mostly, but i like to have fun and diverse in the kitchen sometimes by trying Italian ,Mexican, Asian and pretty much anything i think would be fun to cook
My cooking triumphs
A 3' by 5' foot pretzel . it weighed about 50 pounds. thanksgiving last year, it was kinda stressful but an overall fun experience
My cooking tragedies
too many smoky kitchens , and hungry relatives

Bread Pretzels
you forgot one thing, after the shaping , and before the baking , your unbaked pretzels must be poached in baking soda water to get the that pretzel shell and taste
