Classic Tiramisu
I wasn't really a big fan of this recipe. Something still tasted off. I didn't have coffee flavoured liquer so instead I replaced it with strong coffee/espresso and a dash of rum. My friend who I made it for really liked it though so maybe it was just me.

Spiced Walnut Scones
These tasted amazing! I followed the recipe exactly but added a little bit less than 1/2 a cup of butter. I added around 1/3 a cup of butter and they still turned out fabulous! I had to add a little extra orange juice for the glaze.
