Pancakes I
I really liked how this one tasted! I added a teaspoon of Vanilla extract in and probably could have added a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup more of flour. I will definitely be making this again with a little tweak here and there :3

Rhubarb Strawberry Cobbler
Very delicious cobbler! Our rhubarb and strawberries were extra tart so we needed much more sugar! Definitely taste your fruits and adjust the sugar as needed. One other thing to note [and this may just be me] is that the crust was nearly flavorless. I'm not sure if it needed cinnamon or something else to spruce it up..but that's something to be aware of. I can't wait to try this again! Thank you for a great recipe :3

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy
I found this to be a very simple, yet delicious toffee recipe! It's definitely a keeper. Just be sure to cook it to the right temp [~285-295 degrees f] and wipe off excess butter before throwing on the chocolate chips!
