Easy Broccoli Quiche
I baked this for 50 mins., used cheddar, and threw in some sour cream. It was excellent and I can't wait to make it again!

Spinach and Mushroom Salad
I used balsamic vinegar and added some diced red onion. This is a fantastic salad, and very easy to make!

Strawberry Cheesecake
This was fantastic! It wasn't too rich, and the strawberry flavor was just right. I made this for a Valentine's Day dessert and dropped a little sauce in circles around the edges and then ran a toothpick through them to make them look like hearts. I will definitely make this one again!
