This was so easy and turned out delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, except that I had butter instead of margarine, and topped with ice cream. Yummy!

Molasses Creams

I gave this four stars because the cookies were yummy! The icing, however, was horrible. I noticed that it seemed a bit much to have 1 tablespoon vanilla, but made it anyways. Maybe 1 teaspoon? Anyways, I will make this again, but with a different icing recipe.

These are so yummy! Make sure you flatten the dough balls a little before you bake, as these keep their shape. I will be placing this recipe in my keeper box. YAY!

I love this. I followed the recipe exactly, made 24 cupcakes, then iced with homemade cream cheese frosting. Yummy! I have also made this in loaf form, and it turned out perfect.

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Finally, a Spinach Artichoke dip that actually tastes like spinach and artichokes, not like most which use a packet of seasoning which overtakes the flavor. This is indulgent and perfect.

These are amazing and healthy!! I did not have applesauce, and so I did what others mentioned and used light vanilla yogurt in place and they are perfect! I will make these again.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

These were great! The only thing I changed was instead of 1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, I used 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of cloves. Yummy. I did half of batch with raisins and the other half with chocolate chips. They were both amazing.

Apple Crisp II

This was delicious! I cut the recipe in half and baked it in a 8x8 pan because I needed a smaller batch. I baked for 35 minutes also. However, I kept the recipe the same and it was PERFECT!
