Oven Fried Chicken III
Wonderful and moist. We used chicken breasts only. I followed the advice of another reviewer and cut the mayo with milk. I also added cayenne pepper to taste. This will be a regular at our house.

Garlic Parmesan Orange Roughy
Very good recipe. I substituted a no-fat butter substitute like Olivio, and it was still very tasty.

Drunken Grilled Asparagus
Sorry to say this was not liked by anyone at the table. We followed the directions exactly. Although the asparagus was cooked properly and had a nice texture, the flavoring was all wrong.
